A Journey of Learning and Connection: My Path as a Mother and Educator
Life is a journey, a path of constant evolution where every experience transforms us. Along my travels, I have embraced many roles: mother, sister, daughter, friend, wife, and teacher. And throughout all these identities, one truth remains: learning is the force that allows us to grow, discover, and share who we are with others.
I am the proud mother of my two favorite people, Santiago and Paola, whose journeys have been one of my greatest sources of strength and inspiration. Even from a distance, they remind me that learning is alive at every stage of life, in curiosity, resilience, and the courage to keep moving forward. My family has been the anchor that keeps me grounded and the light that guides me toward becoming the person and educator I aspire to be.
My husband has also played a meaningful part in this path. His support, patience, and steady belief in my dreams have encouraged me to continue learning with purpose and confidence. In moments of challenge, he has reminded me that growth takes time and that each step, even the difficult ones, brings new clarity and direction. His presence has made this journey more intentional, more joyful, and more hopeful.
Through my experiences as a child, teenager, and adult, I have learned that every stage of life offers new opportunities to reinvent myself and reshape the world around me. Learning does not happen only in the classroom; it unfolds in daily moments, in shared stories, in challenges, in joy, and in the deep lessons that life whispers along the way. And as I continue this journey, I do so with gratitude for the family that walks beside me and with the conviction that learning is a gift meant to be lived, embodied, and shared.

I also organize resources, manage training materials, and coordinate events, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with SWK’s Elevate system, and state, and federal requirements.

I develop human talent strategies, emphasizing psychosocial risk prevention and workforce well-being. By overseeing training processes and external provider quality, I ensure effective and high-impact learning initiatives.
