My Community Learning

Throughout this journey, I discovered that learning is never an individual act; it is a deeply collective experience. My growth in the ADL program took shape because of the people who walked beside me: classmates, professors, leaders, students, and, of course, my family. Every conversation, every moment of feedback, and every shared experience became a spark that broadened my vision and strengthened my practice as a learning experience designer.

What I value most is that a learning community is not defined only by who is present, but by the quality of the relationships we build—support, listening, curiosity, and the ability to celebrate progress together. With my classmates, I found a space to share learning, explore experiences, reflect on our interests, and learn from one another’s perspectives. These exchanges remain enduring lessons because they create authentic spaces for dialogue, reflection, discussion, and collective growth.

Throughout the master’s program, I had the privilege of learning alongside classmates who became an essential part of my journey. Thank you for your dedication, commitment, and constant companionship. Your voices, stories, and generosity made this process more human, more meaningful, and deeply inspiring. Today, I recognize that growth becomes even more powerful when it happens in community, and that each encounter leaves a mark that illuminates the path toward what comes next.
